I am a certified clinical therapeutic complex trauma practitioner and litigation discovery consultant. I assist you in gaining insight to allow you to heal and/or empower yourself to live your best authentic life. I have a specialized focus on neuroscientific, somatic, experiential, and holistic modalities. I am a certified integrative somatic trauma therapy practitioner.

I spent many years in behavioral health holding positions as a social worker, behavior specialist, crisis intervention specialist, and a director of a deinstitutionalized independent living respite service. I then enjoyed a career in the legal field for the last 20+ years as a senior litigation paralegal and a legal and financial operational compliance and risk analyst and investigator. Now, I have created a business that combines my mental health and legal education and experience after further extensive abuse and complex trauma training and experience; along with my certifications in coaching from The Life Purpose Institute and The Adult Chair.

I will use all of my life experiences, education, and specialized training to assist women and girls 10+ to change and be their better, stronger selves.

I have a specialized focus on inquisitive and introspective questioning, neuroscientific & neurobiological techniques, somatic modalities, experiential modalities, holistic modalities including energy work (EFT, breathwork, chakras, and intuition), meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, inner child, and parts work.

As a survivor myself, my passion is in coercive control and complex trauma awareness and recovery.
