Therapeutic and/or Trauma Coaching
Therapeutic and/or Trauma Coaching is a professional partnership in which we work together to clarify areas that you would like to improve and work toward achieving your desired outcomes in those areas. Coaching is distinct from consulting in that I will help you find your own answers rather than advising. It is different from traditional talk therapy in that we will address any obstacles that keep you from achieving your goals and the safe modalities and techniques I use will get to the core/root of the issue quickly without layering more trauma or retraumatization.

Physical Symptoms
Headaches, dizziness, tightness in the body, chronic fatigue, muscle tension, sexual dysfunction, issues with menstrual cycle and infertility, involuntary shaking, digestion challenges, chronic pain, sleeping challenges, constrictions around the breath (shortness of breath), and heightened sensory arousal.
Long Term abuse can lead to autoimmune disorders from high levels of adrenaline and cortisol, which cause inflammation in the body and inflammation causes dis-ease. Women are 80% of autoimmune disorder sufferers.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?
Every client jointly agrees to a commitment contract. I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. Then I assist you with learning the work you need to do. I will also assign you self-work on your own when needed.
